All SNYPEX Optical Binoculars (except those with electronic components) are warranted by SNYPEX, LLC to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 25 years from the of original purchase. SNYPEX, LLC will repair or replace the product, or part thereof found upon inspection by SNYPEX, LLC
This warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. All returns must be shipped prepaid and accompanied by the original proof of purchase, a written statement including name, address, email and daytime telephone number of the owner, together with a brief description of any claimed defects. Parts or product for which replacement is made shall become the property of SNYPEX, LLC.
SNYPEX, LLC shall use reasonable efforts to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty within approximately thirty days of receipt. SNYPEX, LLC reserves the right to replace any product which has been discontinued or eliminated from its product line with a new product of comparable value and function.
This warranty shall be void and not in force if the covered product has been modified in design or function, or subject to abuse, misuse, mishandling or unauthorized repair. Furthermore, product malfunction or deterioration due to normal wear is not covered by this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary depending on jurisdiction. SNYPEX, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any model or style product without prior notice.
